Happy New Year!!!
How Time Flys
This is my first Blogger posting. Yeahhh! I've been using mainly Facebook to keep updated in the social media world. but will exploy other platforms as my blogging swagger develops.
Not to sound negative, but I've had quite a rough time these past few years with relationships, particularly my marriage, fitness, and health, finding stable employment due to migrating and trying to adapt from being born and raised in England to migrating to Swaziland while trying to find decent childcare, domestic and a experience baby sitter to help with domestic chores and look after our two (very proactive) boys. It hasn't been smooth sailing managing the ones we do find as they either had a bad attitude, uncommitted work ethic, something of ours being used or going walkies by them, and just trying to keep up with the general challenges of motherhood.
The first time around becoming a mother, I managed to still keep it somewhat still together with my appearance, grooming routines, ect... I still had my mojo. I would still have the energy to jog 2-3 times a week along with my oldest son on school runs (no pun intended) or through the park on weekends in his stroller while he gets his outdoor playtime. However, I was living in London back then at the time as a (somewhat) "single parent as my husband had gone ahead to migrate. Six years later, with two sons and the challenges of re-cohabiting with my husband of seven years after a two year distant relationship (long story), think I need a life refill for sure.

Fast forward to 2018 - planning on staying focused to all fitness programs I've managed to find for a year including the nutritional side of things. Yes, it is a crazy idea but gonna try and commit and succeed this time. Plus my husband insist on it in a written relationship contract. Also, I've finally decided to tackle the long anticipated inability to swim!
I usually don't have a problem with the first month or two, It's the other 10 months of the year that kill me.
I stopped going swimming because I had a bad experience while out with my family. I encountered barbaric, smoking and drinking whilst invading the pool "people at our local swimming pool.
But I can't let that stop me from a my goal of learning to swim. Plus this will also benefit my heath and fitness goals.
